Guizhou University (GZU) has reached a significant milestone by securing recognition for 51 projects in the 2024 Guizhou Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Awards, as announced by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education. This impressive achievement includes 41 awards for undergraduate programs and 10 for postgraduate programs.
Among the top honors, the Special Prize was awarded to the project titled “Building a ‘334455’ Major Ideological and Political Education System Rooted in Western China, ” supervised by Yang Wei, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the University. The project has led to transformative outcomes, including improved teaching standards, advancements in faculty’s academic performance, innovative talent cultivation models, and enhanced contributions to regional socioeconomic progress.
